Mission Statement of SFCAC

To establish a prototype multicultural arts center whereby a creative arts ecosystem is embedded with core interests dedicated to and about educational equity and educational inclusion, and the public is provided access to living innovators, thought leaders, and experts in the fields of visual art, music, and health wellness to profile pioneering and skilled individuals to showcase the achievements of emerging and more established artists to plumb and spotlight the traditional cultural factors of the contributions of diverse cultures inhabiting vast communities across America, rather than keeping everything status quo.

Dennis L. Forbes, a visual arts journalist and art connoisseur, specializes in writing books about living visual artists of the 21st century who have made noteworthy contributions in the field of art. His passionate interest in art has led him to interview and document contemporary living visual artists in their studios and workspaces across America.

Through these experiences, Forbes has gained invaluable insight and expertise about art and the signature artistic styles of the visual artists featured in his multi-topic art books.
